GDECA

GDECA (Gender, Diversity and Equality Consulting Agency) is an independent agency located in Geneva offering consulting services on equal opportunities. Its approach is holistic, thus, includes gender, diversity and equality.

Background

The idea of creating GDECA emerged in 2005 from two observations of its founder, Jesusa Ona. First, the existing link between social and economics’development and the need of mainstreaming equal opportunities in all sectors of our society. Second, after a market study, Jesusa Ona notices the lack of independents equal opportunities agencies in Geneva and on the Swiss French market despite the social diversity. Therefore it was obvious to her that there was a need to create GDECA, an essential resource for promoting social cohesion, preventing discriminations, professional conflicts and wealth loss.
